HELP--VERY CONFUSED

I looked it up online and I keep seeing things about Weasels..... Could be the problem. They can get in very small holes......

Check out this link that I found. You may want to try and set up a trap with the meat in it and see if you catch something. Hope this helps out. I cant guarantee this is the problem but it sounds like it to me. Good luck

i looked around but its hard to tell as they were molting as well. I think I found where the barred got attacked though, much bigger quills that they wouldn't lose. right outside the coop like 8 inches to a tree and then nothing. I know it's weird that is what I am trying to figure out or if so,e jerk is letting them out or something. But that doesn't explain the two in the coop that were hurt.

It does sound like that but how would they have gotten then birds out of the pen? I set a trap last night but nothing. Gonna try again tonight
