HELP ! Very messy backside of Hen

Need some help determining treatment for me hen. She is about 5- 6 months. Didn’t start laying yet. She’s also in a pen with others and none of them have this problem with drainage from her anus. It’s not bloody. Just runny. I just noticed it today so I don’t know how long it’s been going on and I have not treated her with anything until I can figure out what too treat her for. Thank you in advance for all your help.

Looks like a soiled vent. She may have had some runny droppings, and it is getting caked on feathers. I would bring her inside where it is warm, and give her a soapy bath in shallow water up to her bottom, and clean off the dried droppings. Dry her off with a towel and blow her dry.
