help very sick chicken

I have had sick chickens before and curred them but now my r.i.r frizzle is losing weight and is very skinny he can hardly walk he's skin and bones help I wormed him and gave him antibiodiks he is my favorite roosterband I don't wont him to die at a young age. I already lose his one hen because of this.

Probably needs worming. Check him for lice/mites too.

How long has it been since you wormed him? Is he eating okay?

What does everybody out there use for the de-worming...and how do you do it? I'm sure the day will come that I'll need to do it, too, if my babies get through this present outbreak.
