Help!? Video Now

I have a little buff oprington chick that is two weeks old and I have no idea what's wrong with him. He looks like he's doing a Stevie Wonder imitation in slow motion. He just stands there swaying his head back and forth from side to side. I've never seen anything like it in all my years of raising birds. All the other chicks are fine. I have isolated him until I can figure out what is wrong. Any ideas? Anyone seen this behavior before?
