HELP! Watery poop, lethargic chicken

Hi,

my 8 month old buff Orpington is acting really lethargic today - not eating much, going to a corner and standing,closing her eyes. I noticed yesterday she was more puffed up, but it’s definitely evident today. I suspected coccidiosis but I’m not sure if the poop looks consistent. I also gave her an Epsom bath and tried to feel for an egg but didn’t find anything. She laid yesterday but not today. It’s not that hot outside so I don’t think it’s from the weather or drinking too muc

I was watching her for an hour earlier and this was the only poop she made.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

You didn't feel an egg inside the vent?

If possible, taking a poop sample to your vet for testing is a good idea.

What do you feed?
I would try to get her hydrated, you can give her some electrolytes if you have them.
Check her crop first thing in the morning to see if it's empty.
