I have a 13 week old chick that I noticed was really weak today and when I picked her up she felt like nothing and had no crop. Her wings and tail are droopy. I offered her some food and she began eating ferociously. So I’m hoping this is just malnutrition? I’ve recently introduced her and her two sisters to my flock of older birds and I wonder if she’s just not getting a chance to eat as good as she should. She’s otherwise normal. No pasty bum, no snotty beak or sneezing. Just weak and droopy. But now that she has eaten some chicken food uninterrupted and a plain egg I’ve scrambled she seems a little better just still weak and tired. Her poops are normal as well. Can anybody shed some light on this? Is this simply malnutrition or do I need to treat her for something? Thanks in advance! She’s my sweet little Splash Ameracauna and I definitely don’t want to lose her!

Have you tried treating her for Coccidiosis?
No, she has no blood in her poop or anything otherwise to suggest cocci. I had a chick her same age over the summer with it that I treated and she was lethargic and wouldn’t eat or drink. At least this baby is eating and drinking a lot!

It's good that she has an appetite, the only reason I suggested cocci is because chickens don't always have bloody poop when sick with it. Other symptoms of cocci can include poor growth and ruffled feathers.
I definitely may be wrong about this whole cocci thing, hopefully someone else can chime in with other ideas.

My guess is those three are being "bullied" to a certain extent. It sounds good she was voraciously eating and drinking. Can you pull those three out for a couple of weeks by themselves? Preferably a place where they can all still see each other?

Other ideas are to have multiple feed/water stations. We do that and it helps immensly, plus having some clutter. By clutter, we have a log propped up on another log, a pallet leaning against a fence, a wooden box on its side, and there are a number of other ideas. That way if they're getting chased, they can hide, and if they're shunned from food/water, there's another one they can go to.
