I wrapped her in a facecloth and giving her drench with warm water and she is alert

Sorry about your weak chick. Was she shipped to you or from a feed store? Do you have Poultry NutriDrench to give a couple of drops orally, or electrolytes in your water? Keep her warm, and try to dip her water as often as possible. Check her bottom for stuck droppings and keep her vent clean. Shipping stress can be hard on a weaker chick. The smaller ones are especially delicate at first. Offer her some raw egg yolk with a dropper to see of she perks up.

Wry neck is a common symptom, and can be from an injury, heredity, a vitamin B1 thiamine deficiency, or a vitamin E deficiency. Usually I would give a little egg for selenium. Or if you have Poultry NutriDrench, just give a few drops of that daily. It has B1, E, and selenium, but you may want to give extra E—by emptying a 400 IU softgel onto some food. Here is an article about wry neck or torticolis:

I am giving her Poultry Drench with warm water and some egg yolk, I have her wrapped in face cloth to help keep her warm. I am hoping this helps.
