I've consulted the famous poop chart and still unable to tell if this is normal.

My blue copper maran is:
1. pumping her tail a lot
2. still eating and drinking from what I can tell
3. hasn't laid but one egg ever, she's 11 months old
4. no red cabbage ate
5. walking around still
6. this kind of poop all the time, haven't seen any regular poops

Guess no one wanted to help.

Updating for future use for anyone searching bright green poop.

It turned out to be Clostridium perfenges. Additional symptoms included explosive pooping

Gave one round of antibiotics in water (extremely low dose)

Then gave Apple cider vingegar in water for one week

Then gave probiotics in water for two weeks and her poop is almost back to normal with the exception of a little bit of undigested food occurring

I'm sorry I've never heard of anything like this before, except in ducks who seem to poop explosively as the norm.

When you don’t get an answer right away, try posting soon after on the same thread during the daytime, especially mornings and up until 10 pm when things tend to slow down.

The only time I have seen those blue green poops is when I have fed blueberries or the red cabbage. Glad that you were able to get a diagnosis from a vet. Fecals and gram stains are the best way to go for a diagnosis. Many times enteritis from c.perfringens can happen after a case of coccidiosis. Nowadays since most antibiotics used to treat enteritis are usually only available from a vet, it is best to seek vet treatment. Coccidosis can be treated with Corid.
Thanks dor the update.
