Hi my silkie chicks two outside toes curl

out she acts fine and walks fine is this bad?

Probably just a defect.. my older gals occasionally have feet like that, and I can't say it didn't happen when they were chicks

I had a hen that had really bad toes:

They’re fine, she could walk on them without pain, but they really should’ve been fixed when she was a chick but it’s too late.
I’m not sure if it’s too late to fix your hen’s toes, but try looking up how to fix crooked chicken toes. I’m pretty sure you make a shoe for them.
