I have a legbar I’ve been treating for humblefoot for a couple months now. It’s getting better but still working on it.

2 days ago, I cleaned her feet and wrapped them but later that day, she started to act off. Her comb and face were pale and she was just sitting under a bush not moving. I put her in our shed in a cage, fed her some rooster booster, made some eggs with oregano and let her hang out for the day. By evening, she was eating all the eggs and seemed fine, so I let her go back in the coop with the others.

Yesterday she was fine. Color had returned to her face/comb. She was eating and moving around fine.

Now this morning, I went out to check on them and she was still roosting in the coop. I removed her and noticed that she is pale again. And when I put her down, 2 of the chickens kind of flexed up on her, backed her into the wall and one started pecking her. I’ve never seen that happen before.

I’ve removed her again and going to give her more rooster booster and eggs with oregano. Any idea what’s going on??

I'd stop the eggs with oregano.
There's something else going on, what's her age, diet, crop feel? Has she laid recently?
Any mucus or wheezing?
The other birds are picking on her because they know she's sick and they don't want her near them.

She’s about a year and a half. Their feed is Dumor Organic Layer feed. I also mix in some supplements but have been doing so prior to now. Crop feels fine. Don’t see any mites. She was consistently laying but hasn’t lately, but they are also molting. She does have a spot on each wing that has feather loss due to pecking, but I’ve been treating it and it’s been like that longer than she’s been not feeling well. No wheezing or drainage or anything like that.

Is she molting, possibly?

I’m pretty sure she is, but I can’t imagine that’s causing her to become pale and not really moving, right? The others are molting as well, but not acting the same. It’s just odd how one day she becomes pale and acts like she doesn’t feel well, then the next day her color comes back and she’s fine, and then again today, pale and acts sick

I'd try a higher protein feed while she molting, low protein makes a molt harder on a hen.
Have you ever wormed ?

Ok, so I haven’t officially, meaning I’ve out ACV in their water and DE in their food. I did just purchase a natural chicken dewormer in the form of a tablet and put it in their water. It does say I can put it down their beak. Should I try that?

Acv and de will not do any worming at all, neither will the natural worming tablet. It's just snake oil to rip people off.
You're going to want to get some safeguard from the feed store, either the goat liquid or the horse paste.

Is this one ok? Whats the dosing? Do you think that’s what’s wrong with her or something else? I let them out to free range and she came out of her cage but she’s just standing there :(

You're looking for a fenbendazole based product, but we'll set aside for now.
How is she standing?
Hunched back? Fluffed up? How do her poops look?
