It does look like a prolapsed vent. Can you feel an egg inside or is it just red tissue sticking out? Is she able to poop? Keep the red tissue moist with either coconut oil, vaseline, or oil of choice, so that the red tissue does not dry out. If there is no egg felt in the prolapse, try to push all of the red tissue back inside, and hold it there for a few minutes. It may come back out, but keep trying to replace it. Separate her from other chickens inside or in a dog cage with food and water. When she keeps the prolapse inside, you can let her back with the flock. Here is some resding about prolapsed vents:

I pushed it back inside last night, I felt an egg and put petroleum jelly around the egg. It came out today but the red tissue keeps coming out. It stays in for a little while but when I go to check again it’s out.

Hopefully it will soon start staying in. You don’t want the red tissue to dry out and turn black, so keep it lubricated with oil or vaseline. You can try to stop her laying temporarily if you wish, but it takes several days of keeping her in a dark cage for 16 hours every night, then only letting her have 8 hours a day of light to eat, walk around, and be awake. It is up to you, but it sounds like you are doing a good job. Either pooping or laying an egg may cause it to come back out.

It’s still popping out and she’s trying to poop I think, when I put it back in her she immediately pushed it back out. There’s no egg in her today. I feel so bad for her

Is the part that is coming out nice and red? A picture can help. As long as it is going back in, I would just keep pushing it back inside, and hold it for a few minutes. Hopefully soon, it will stay in, so that she can rejoin her flock.

This is her today. We got another egg. I’ve been trying to keep egg production low. This is a picture I got right before putting it back in. It’s been about 10 minutes and she hasn’t pushed it back out (her personal record).
