URGENT, PLEASE HELP, black sex link sick need help identifying what is wrong

Okay good to know, I’m sorry I’m a new chicken owner who’s fresh 18 and my parents don’t help at all with the chickens care except for providing their food. So sorry if I do something wrong

Hello, Ashie again! I went outside today and one of my chickens is in a semi hunched over position and has a little imbalance issue, and her feathers on her head resemble a broody hens head feathers. nothing on the outside is physically wrong, I felt the crop it’s full of water, and she didn’t like it when I touched her back near her tail feathers, I have a picture attached and need help identifying what’s wrong with thunder,
Update: after I had emptied her crop and let her rest in a nesting box surrounded by hay for a few hours I came back out to check and she seemed much better, should I go through with the treatment still

Yes, I'd go ahead and treat her according to the article.

When was her last egg?
