This follows my post yesterday. One of our pekin bantams has suddenly developed a very pale face and is puffed up and hiding in a corner.
She’s had a little egg and poultry tonic but is not really interested.
Eyes are bright.
Breathing is fine.
No unusual droppings.
Tail was up, seems lower now.
She does seem like she’s going to die though.
I’ve checked for mites, can’t see any one her or in the coop but I’ve disinfected and put down DE.
The others seem fine but are a little pale which I thought was due to the time of year.
Any ideas of what is up or what else I should? I can’t get a vet appointment, and this forum has always been more helpful in the past as out vets don’t seem experienced in poultry.
