YOu might try calling them. I work in Springfield and bought my chicks at Estes last spring. They answered all my questions and one was rather frail looking so they automaticly switched it out. My neighbor bought twice the birds at the same time and never complained or had problems with them. My best friend has bought several through them this spring and they have all done well.
