I was just outside when I noticed on a ziptie end that there were what look like a bunch of bug eggs on it, anyone know what bug it's from?

The broun band is too Neat and must be artificiall. The littel things may be Seeds.

The neat and uniform appearance does not mean it they are not eggs or "natural". MANY insects lay eggs like this. In the fish aquarium world, many if not most of both freshwater and saltwater snails lay eggs in rows and lines that look extremely similar to what we are seeing here.

insect world is very organized.... Honey bees make their honey cells precisely hexagonal... Manufacturers of premade honey grids had to work long and hard to make them right. Dad said you could always tell when one cell wasnt right when it was left un filled.

Probaably some sort of Moth or Butterfly... Moths are drawn to white... because they feed mostly at night.

Bees are notorious, but even organized entitys often have imperfections. I cannot see in enough Detail to verify or refute my Claim.
