I have no idea on the breed, but it looks very much like a little roo to me!

So they were suppose to be all pullets? I'll bet they will send you another pullet (with free packing peanuts....AKA....little roo's) to compensate if you call them.

They were suppose to be all pullets, but they send one "rare breed" and I thought that may be my roo...but I have my fingers crossed that my polish is going to be a hen!!

Your chicken is definitely either a Silver Laced Polish or a Crevecoeur and maybe a Spitzhauben.

That's what I was afraid of. He's super aggressive also.
