Help, what breed are they??

I got these chicks from Ideal poultry and they were supposed to be Japanese bantams. The hatchery admitted they made a mistake but they don't know what I ended up with. They are 4 weeks old and they are starting to get brown or a dark gold color on their necks. They have black legs and were all black when I got them. They are bantams but I don't know what knd so if anyone knows it would really help. The first two pictures are the same chicks and the second two pictures are the same chicks.

Looks similar to my FBCM when he was around the same age, with less coloring in the comb and earlobe. But, his earlobe was red and your chick's earlobe appears to be white so... I'm well meaning, but not helpful at all!

They look like some of my Dutch bantams.

Could be OEGB's or an odd coloured Japanese Bantam, or a Dutch or a Serama Those are the tall-tailed bantam is can think of
