Help! What breed & gender are these?

Ok. Here is a sweetheart. In march I got 4 chicks that were supposed to be black Australorps. 2 look as though they are, but this one has a beautiful reddish around her neck & a little on the wings. The other one looks exactly like her only a little smaller than her. Any idea?

are their legs feathered, hard to see for sure in the pic...they look french black copper marans. are they laying...should be dark brown eggs.
