Does the other one lay white eggs as well?

Yes huge white eggs !
The previous owner says she layed for two days before I bought her. They are from one hatch.
I want to pair her up but need to find her breed first.

No pure bred is coming to mind. She looks like a Black Wyandotte, but can't be if she's laying white eggs. I'll bet she's a Black Rose Combed Minorca.

Haha you're probably getting tired of me but, you can admit that raising chickens does give you a little extra serotonin in your everyday life

Do you think pairing here up with a Legbar Rooster would be a good choice?

I think they would make for excellent layers. And pretty good meat bird cockerels as well. I dress a bunch of my Legbar cockerels this year and was very surprised how much meat was on them.
