Help what do I do why is my chick toe like this ?

Something happened to cut off circulation to the toe, and it has in effect 'died'. It may have been an injury or there may be a string wrapped around the toe. It will eventually fall off but will not lessen the birds quality of life.

+1 on this. Watch for infection too...
