HELP! What does this noise mean!

I'm new to owning chickens. I have three that I got in early September of 2017. One of my RIR has been making this noise and quite loudly. It's a Ga-GAWK noise. I made sure that there wasn't an egg stuck. She also has food and water. It is still cold where we live, but is there a chance this could this be her egg song already? Or is it something like a sickness noise.

Welcome to BYC. How old is she? Can you post a video to YouTube with a link here? Chickens make all kinds of noises, sometimes just being chatty, doing the alarm call, the egg song, and others. You may also search YouTube for some of those sounds.

Well, she sounds like she is making a pretty normal sound to me! She appearently likes to talk. Don't think you have anything to worry about.

This is for certain not a sickness noise, we have a sick rooster now and he does not make that noise.
