Help! What in the world is this little girl??

This is Eagle. I have one guess as to what she is but I'm not totally sure. I have seen Silver Laced Wyandottes and she looks a lot like that but she has more of a fluffy chest. Any info would be great and appreciated info

Her body looks exactly like her face and neck. And how many kinds of Easter Eggers are there because I was told my little bantams are Easter Eggers and I don't even know what they are. They look totally different. But really? An Easter Egger? She'll lay colored eggs?

AND she is not a SLW because Wyndottes have rose combs, this pullet has a pea comb.
