She is fullblood but I don't know what.
I've posted a closeup so you can see the speckeled breast and the thinly laced wing and back.
Thank you all for pondering this for me.

i have a few silver penciled wyandottes and one was born black with out the chipmunk color pattern. Now shes got a teeny bit of white coming through, but is still super young. Only 2 mos old, so I dont know for sure what shell look like, but probably similar to yours. Mine was a throw back, thats probably what yours is too.
 
The body type fits most hatchery Wyandottes. I am not sure what you mean by full bloodied, its a pretty bird but would not be a good choice for any type of heritage oriented breeding program.
