Might this be water belly? The vets in my town don't see chickens, I'll drain it if I have to but seems like all the videos I've seen, people have to part the Feathers to find right spot, obviously not case here. She is still laying eggs, eating, drinking but you can tell when she runs, she waddles. I just noticed it a few days ago and been watching videos trying to figure out what to do.

Could you take another picture of her vent and lower belly from her rearend while she is standing? What do her droppings look like? Are there any yellow urates? Does her lower belly fill firm and solid, soft, squishy, like fat, or tight like a drum? How old is she? Water belly is a common occurrence in some hens who have liver problems from reproductive disorders such as salpingitis and egg peritonitis, but also can occur with cancer and fatty liver disease. It happens in meat birds more often due to heart failure. If she has water belly, there is no reason to drain it unless she is having labored breathing, since there is no cure. I usually leave them alone, but if you have to drain her, I can post some pictures.
