2 days ago I purchased 4 more chicks from TSC. Yesterday one of them died and today one is acting strange - she (all were/are pullets) won't stop chirpping - it's non stop. I thought I saw a reddish ring around where the cord came off - have pics. Her vent is not pasty and I didn't pick anything. Does anyone know what this is or what I should do for her?

The pics would be quite helpful. If you can stomach it you could do a necropsy on the chick you lost. TSC does recalls on birds if you have a bad batch. I definately would contact them

I've tried uploading pics 4 times now and keep getting error msg
You can also upload to a different site and type in the image URL. What is the error message youre getting?

Seems like your internet is slow. Happens to me sometimes. Your picture file might also be large

Im guessing you have a better pic. Please post more. Right now all i can tell is her butt feathers have been pecked.

Thanks. Be sure to get the lil chickies vent i can make a better interpretation with that. Also if you have the red thing you mentioned a pic of that
