Help what is this!!!

Okay so this is the first time I've ever hash a baby turkey but when you came out of the egg this morning she looked good she only had like a little yellow thing on her abdomen like you know the chicks have when they're born but now it looks like she's got this whole big placenta hanging out she's up and moving and peeping and I seen her poop but this just doesn't look great is it right this is normal

I do not know much about turkeys, but I wonder if the poult has prolapsed her intestines through the navel. @R2elk or @casportpony can you look at this?
