Help What is wrong with my chick???

We just got a new batch. The other chicks pecked its head. So we removed it and now it's face and eyes are swelling. Is there anything to help it???

Clean her wounds well, apply triple antibiotic ointment (without 'cane' type pain reliever), put her under heat lamp and give electrolytes in her water.
