HELP! What is wrong with my hen??

She started this yesterday. She’s not very old and just started laying a month ago. I’m not sure what to do. Her neck seems weak. I thought maybe eggbound and gave her an Epsom salt bath last night. She perked up a bit but I found her like this this morning.

She has wry neck, has she had any stress or trauma recently?
What's her diet?
You can give her 1/3 of a human b complex tablet every day for a few weeks, any brand from to grocery store, some vitamin E will also help.

She did lay a really large egg 2 days ago and didn’t lay one yesterday but other than that nothing that I know of. She’s on layer pellet.

She ended up having coccidiosis! I treated her and she was much better the next day! Thanks for checking in
