Help, what is wrong with this hen!!!?

We rescued this hen who’s leg is completely twisted in the wrong direction. Is it broken or is something out of place And what do I do? Please help ASAP!

Does it feel broken? I have a wry neck chick that has a leg like that too. Can she walk?

she can but the knee turns all the way in towards the left and it is swollen.

Where did she come from? You mention "rescue" - is she a battery hen, came from a shelter, etc.?
How old is she supposed to be?
Can you post a picture of all of her?

Good question - can she walk at all?
Is her joint swollen or red?

we rescued her from a family and she is about 2 years old and her hock is swollen and that is where it rotates, she can walk on it but it turns in the other direction.
we can give more pictures tomorrow.

It might possibly be valgus deformity in the right leg, which is not treatable. These two articles may show some examples in pictures.

are they in pain if that is what it is or are they okay if they can move around?

We have cast her leg in hopes it might help something.
I have done some reading on the valgus disorder and I think @Eggcessive has the right idea. Thank you so much @Eggcessive!
