Call your local game warden and see if they can get someone to identify this bird for you. Also, if you don't mind me asking, how did you obtain this bird?

Grossbeak or frogmouth etc maybe..

It needs a diet of insects and high protein foods.

They are had to hand raise.. they need many frequent small feedings with the correct food, and at this age need extra warmth.
I suggest you find a wildlife hospital or call a wildlife organization for help if you want it to have a chance to survive.
