Help! What to do with my baby duck?

Today when I went to let my chicks and chickens out i noticed that my smaller duck had a huge piece of neck that was all bloodied and looked like something had tried to kill my poor duckling. Is there anything I should do to help it heal and get better so it doesn’t get worse? I believe it might’ve been one of my roosters as they always pick on the smaller chicks so I’ve taken him out. But any advice on what I should do?

The injures appear mainly superficial, so treatment could simply consist of the application of an antibacterial ointment, cream, or even honey. The reason I would suggest against Blu-Kote is due to the fact that it stains the wound with gentian violet, making it hard to monitor the progress of the wound. Injuries can often be stressful for ducklings, which can result in electorltye and fluids deficits; therefore you may consider adding a poultry vitamin/electrolyte in her diet for a few days.
