Help! What's wrong with my duckling?

Ha I have kept the feed n water near her as if she feels she can feed herself sitting thr only... But since yesterday I have feeded her myself only... Even I have put her in the water tub also but she wasn't able to swim

Don't swim her....Just a shallow pan of cool water....Sorry...Hope it's not spinal?....
