she may have mites or lice with the molting problem . i would spray her with harts flea and tick spray . it is very diluted and will not hurt her and might keep the other chickens from pecking her . SPRAY HER AROUND HER VENT , UNDER HER WINGS , BACK OF HE HEAD , AROUND THE BASE OF HER TAIL . PULL FEATHERS BACK GENTLY TO SPRAY THE BASE OF FEATHERS REMEMBER SHE IS MOLTING SO BE GENTLE AND DON, T HANDLE HER TOO LONG SHE IS VERY FRAGILE AT THIS TIME OF YEAR GOOD LUCK AND CHECK FOR MITES AND SACKS AROUND HER VENT WHEN DELOSING WV LEIPERS JESUS SAVES

Drumstick is right. Most chickens don't do a full molt until their second fall. Dust, increase protein and keep an eye out for other symptoms.
