HELP! White watery poop! Sad hen!

One of my Hens has watery white poop. Her vent looks perfectly fine. At first I thought it could have been because she is drinking a good amount of water, but she looks sad as well. Her tail is kind of droopy and she is less interested in food. She hasn't laid and egg yesterday nor today, but seemed perfectly fine yesterday. The good thing is that she is still eating and drinking, but when she is done she goes back inside the coop. The last time I checked on her she had Milo hanging on her butt with her poop, although there's the possibility she sat in her food. It's really hot here in California. I have been investigating, but I have know idea what she has or what to do. Below I have pictures of her poop dried up and a picture of her butt.

Update: Tried giving her meal worms and garlic and she was uninterested. She drinking lots of water and panting a lot. Can't tell if it is because of the heat.

this sounds just like my hen I just posted about. Seems like might be Salmonella, but no responses. Calling vet once open.
