Have some questions and hope someone can help...

First, we just completed a consecutive BCM hatch in the Sportsman 1202E.

Last hatch (two weeks ago):

Hen 1, successfully hatched out 7 chicks from 10 older eggs.
Hen 2, hatched 7 out of 10 old eggs.
Hen 3, ZERO hatched and all of her 20 eggs were all infertile.

This hatch was at 99.5, with correct humidity (can't remember what it was.) Three of the late chicks (born day 25) were sticky chicks due to opening the incubator at day 25, to remove earlier chicks born on 22nd/ 23rd day.

The hen with zero fertility is a very large girl. She has alot of vent fluff, so she got a Brazilian (lol). I've removed her for a few days, and will put her back in with the roo, and make sure they are making contact. She is nearly as big as he, and he is 8 lbs.

This hatch (of which, day 26 is today):

Hen 1, hatched out ZERO chicks from 10 fresher eggs.
Hen 2, hatched 4 out of 10 eggs.
Two RIR hatched 10 out of 15 eggs.
Didn't test Hen 3.

The only difference from the last hatch is that we changed the temp to 100, hoping for a bit faster hatching, and there may be more humidity, due to the previous hatch. If that's true- what do we do? The viable hatch numbers definitely are going down.

What changed in one week so that Hen 1 has zero hatched chicks and the other hens hatched?

The roo has definitely mated Hen 1... she is his favorite hen, and she likes him. He is proven fertile, and all the hatched chicks seem vigorous and healthy.
Hen 2 seems to hatch more chicks with him.
Still trying to figure out the issue with hen 3. Supposedly, all of the hens are not related to him.

Any thoughts or suggestions please?

Sure hope someone can weigh in on this. We just did an eggtopsy found that hen 1's last eggs were infertile as well. There is definitely something going on that we have to figure out soon! Please weigh in...
