Help why is my chicken breathing like this

she's panting which means she's trying to cool down. I would point the fan away from the chickens since it might make it harder for them to breath in the fan air.
Or put a wet cloth in front of the fan to create cool air that blows more calm on them .

She is hot and trying to cool down. Chickens don’t sweat so to release internal body heat they pant.
