Help! Will my quail egg survive?

ok :D Also all 4 are out but one has curled toes ): and when I try to put the band aid thing it struggles and I can't get a good grip! Help?

Make a shoe, I have done this before, drawing around the chicks foot on cardboard with a pencil (very blunt pencil) so you do not hurt the chick then with pipe cleaners make a 3 pronged foot, then uncurl the chicks foot, and then attach this to the artificial foot you have just made then within a couple of day's the foot should be uncurled

Let me know how this get's on if you choose to do this

Regards
Tim

I need some advice on how to hold the quail chick. Whenever I try it struggles and I can't get a good grip. Not sure how to properly adjust and put it in

I only Grow duck's sorry, So i do not know, But try holding the chick with your Index finger and thumb very gently around the body of the chick, By the way how old is it because the younger the chick is the more used to be handled it has to get used to.

sorry just read back and the last part of my post make's no sense what so ever, The younger the chick the more scared it will get of being handled, make sure you handle them daily to "re-assure" them and this will also help build a bond between you and the chick, the more the chick get's handled the more trust it will have in you .

Okay the one with the curled toes is all droopy and floppy. Still alive but very worrisome ): It looks sick

I would try and feed the chick some Boiled egg yolk as it may need the nutrients from the yolk, is this does not work then I am afraid i can't give you anymore advice as I only breed/Rise Duck's/Drakes

it does not eat ): all weak and flopping...it threw up the water I fed it

I'm sorry to hear that

What's happening with the rest of the eggs/chicks?
