Help with 7 month old khaki campbell!!??

About 5 months ago we bought two khaki campbell ducks. A month ago one of them started laying.... the other is still not. I guess we just assumed that one of them is a drake, however it still quacks like a duck and does not have drake feathers!? Please forgive my ignorance, this is our first time duck raising

Well it could be a few things.
1. You have two girls and ones just not laying yet
2. You have a young drake would hasn't quite gotten his 'voice' yet.
Most likely its number one

I guess I thought that khaki campbell's started laying really early. They also recently started doing this head bobbing thing and biting each others neck, I am assuming that it is related to mating?
