Problem with infectious coryza

I'm assuming budgies and other parrots can get it as well? My budgies and goldens all drink out of a pond. If the tests come back positive with anything like coryza the pond would definitely be infected right? I'm currently trying to get all my budgies into their winter setup anyway so I could test them too

I took Nigel and another rooster of mine that was sneezing and she recommended I give Nigel's hens aspirin in their water the second they start showing any signs of breathing difficulty. She gave Nigel a shot of something to help with his sinus issues and the inflammation (I forgot the name of it in Italian before I got the chance to translate). She also gave me some antibiotics for his water and in all honesty within an hour of getting that shot his face has started clearing up!!!

His hens have been perfectly fine, they actually just finished their molt recently! They look perfectly fine, but perhaps a more trained eye could see something I might not be able to
