I don’t think it’s necessary to kill any of them.
The first steps I would recommend doing what @casportpony say so that we know exactly what we’re dealing with.

I'm assuming budgies and other parrots can get it as well? My budgies and goldens all drink out of a pond. If the tests come back positive with anything like coryza the pond would definitely be infected right? I'm currently trying to get all my budgies into their winter setup anyway so I could test them too
