Swollen eye with pus treatment advice

Ok. What the heck do I do here. Obviously I've gotta get that out but how? She loses her đź’© when I try. I got some prid on it in hopes that helps. I'm assuming it's infectious coryza. They all had a dang respiratory infection, some had swollen shut eyes but nothing to this extent. They've all been treated with Tylan and she's the only one still having issues

I would not use Prid in her eye. You can drip a little saline and use a warm wet wash cloth compress held over the eye for about 10 minutes while holding her to soften the gunk. You may not be able to get it all out at once, but a little over several treatments. After cleaning it, irrigate with saline and apply antibiotic ointment such as Terramycin or plain Neosporin into the eye to soften it. Vets would use a tool sometimes to dig pus out of the eye orbit or with an incision as seen in this vet video:

Thanks. I'll order some plain Neosporin now. I won't use the prid again.
