Help with a egg not yet hatched

Hi,
I have an egg in my incubator that is almost 2 days overdue . There is no pip yet ,but I quickly candled the egg and heard chirping.Do I leave it or help it and if I help it what should I do ?

Read this whole thing before you even consider helping. If you help too much or too early you can do serious or even fatal harm to the chick.

Is it the only egg in the incubator?

Yes, it was the only one left it did hatch but struggled now his belly is very swollen there was a little blob of what looked like the yolk sac still there so I just did the burrito wrap and put some antibiotic ointment on and have been giving some probiotic/electrolyte water . it seems to have either gone in or just slightly dried up . The little guy is very alert its an German Beilefelder so its auto sex so I am hopeful tomorrow he will be better. Any suggestions for this type of problem would be appreciated.
