Help with another Issue with a chick

Hi My son left paintball cases on the lawn and one of my 11 week old barama Xed with a silkie chicks seemed to have eaten one, she keeps opening her beak like she is trying to spit up but nothing comes out. I did read a thread on here about flushing out her gizzard, but it didn't work so now I have her in a box I gave her some warm water with sugar in it. Is here anything else I can do?? she is not eaing herthroat is empty.
