Help with applying for a varience =) PLEASE!!

I'm thinking of applying for a varience. I got a violation in the mail today. A neighbor who has a problem with me not the chickens, I have had them for 3 years blew me in and now my kids are crying about having to give up our hens

Any tip on what I should do? ie... pics other neighbor vouchers, oh and she doesn't even share a property line with me!!! errrrr!!

Call the city and File an appeal on the violation and make an appointment to voice your appeal for the variance. Get any neighbors that are chicken friendly to side with you.
