Help with babys' foot

I just got four ducks. They are about two weeks old. All of sudden the other day I noticed one of then has a bad foot. The left foot, the paddle part as I call it, is turn in. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you

What have they been fed? If you cannot get duck starter and need to use chick starter, get brewer's yeast to sprinkle on the food - a couple of teaspoons a day, or niacin capsules.

Get plain niacin, not no-flush, I am told the no-flush and timed-release don't work well.

100 to 150 mg per gallon of water in their drinking water until they are two months old.

You may think about some kind of splint.

What kind of surface have they been on? Their legs do better with some traction.
