Help with barred rock roo/pullet? Thank you

Hi, I am totally new to chickens, have had them for a few months. Can you help me with this barred rock as to whether it is a rooster or pullet. Thank you.

they look younger than that. At that age they should be fully feathered out.

Can you get another picture in a less bright light? With that much white on him, I'm thinking cockerel, but that might just be the lighting.

My pullets have the same coloring in the sunlight, but they're older and fully feathered. Will you try to get a good shot of the comb from the front? It looks pretty orange, and the legs look pretty thick.

I disagree with the others, it looks like a male to me. I believe a pullet should be much darker....

Here's my 4 week month old barred cockeral. He has more white than the pullets I have.

Tried to get better photos, the light is streaming through the fence so that is what the light bands are. Thanks for everyone’s input. Happy Friday!
