I'm pretty sure that's a cockerel, probably a Black Sex Link.

That barring is wrong for a barred rock. It doesn't look right. I think you have a male black sex link.

I’m convinced now that you have a barred rock cockerel. That’s definitely NOT a black sex link. Barred rocks have yellow legs like yours.

Black Sex Link cockerels are barred with yellow legs too, they're bread from a Rhode Island Red rooster and a Barred Rock hen. The pattern gives it away as a BSL not Barred Rock.
