Hello all! Can y'all help me identify the breeds of my backyard flock? Hopefully they're old enough that it won't be too hard. I got them from another backyard owner, so I'm sure most of them are mixed breeds, but any help would be much appreciated. Sorry in advance for so many and they posted or of order!

Thanks!!

I’m no expert. Can’t help you with breeds. Especially bc most look like mixed breeds. But I counted 9 males.

Yes unfortunately our flock has turned out to be a lot of males, as you all are confirming ...so I've been trying to think of exactly what to do with so many. It's hard to give them away (much less sell them) and we've never processed chickens before, but I think other than buying a ton more pullets, butchering is their fate. I hate it cause I'm already kind of attached

Sorry. I reread your title. I think L, A, P, H, B, N and O are boys. I guess that’s seven!
That's what I was thinking too. Only L and P are crowing (L is my original rooster and my buddy, so he'll be staying with us regardless) but the rest will be along soon. I've separated the roosters, except L, from the flock and am trying to decide what to do with them

They are gorgeous! Lucky you!
I'm not good at I.D.s but I think K looks like a langshan mix and that D, I, P, & B are Easter Eggers. A is probably a mix of brahma or langshan and an EE.
Really beautiful chickens! So colorful!
Thanks for the help! I'm familiar with the Easter eggers but I'm looking up the others now.

You have some stunning birds. Most appear mixed but I see a lot of apparent Easter and Olive Egger signs. Some clear Araucana and maybe some Ameraucana influence in P. There is some legbar influence mixed into some of them as evident by crest and plumage. Also appears to be some marans based on leg color and feathered legs on some. Overall hard to make heads or tails of entirely but seems to be someone made their own barnyard colored egg flock. I see some Partridge notes in some as well. Crazy but beautiful flock

I definitely see where some have the legbar genes...I was wondering about those with the "fluffy heads" as I call them

And yes, I do believe P is a rumpless Ameracauna...and here I thought his tail feathers were plucked out

I've never even heard of the Partridge breed but yes, many of my hens especially seem to have some of that too.

Thanks so much!! So exciting to find out a little about them!!
