help with breed and gender please.

Welcome to the BYC flock. The lightly barred one is a rooster. For rest results you really need close ups with the bird showing head forward so we can see comb and any wattles., and one showing the standing profile, it helps if you mention the age and things that may not show up clearly - like color of legs etc.

Wonder if anyone can tell the gender my wing feathers of my pekin bantam chicks.they are 18 days old

2 have short wing feathers and 4 have long wing feathers.also the bottom end of the 2 short wings av little pom poms and the 4 long wing feathers have more of a tail.

It is so hard to tell from this pic. But at 18 days old, they all should have growing tail feathers and fairly long wing feathers. Any bird without a tiny tail or wing feathers is most likely a roo at this point.

Thanks i think i have 4 hens and 2 roos going by the length of feathers also the 2 i think are roos have a bigger crown aswell.
