Help with breed please

I rescued this little rooster from a chicken auction and i'm not sure what breed his is. Any help?

Looks like an American Game to me... could be a little OEG as well.

With white ear lobes & that tail set I'd assume Phoenix or at least part Phoenix. Games have red ear lobes.
